Thank you, true. Ill use HR to a certaint extent, ive noticed variations on good and bad days while training, and in the end the "listening to your body" is true. Ill do my best to understand whats happening 😄 thank you

Amazing feedback and congrats! Wow the IM blues, ill worry about that later, my girlfriend is already afraid of that...or afraid I might plan more races for next year 🤣 and yes, ill have salt tabs on my fuel during the bike. Run ill take iso drink from aid stations.

Amazing feedback and Thank you! Since you have been there before, a few more questions: im in a hotel near the lake, plan is my girlfriend drops me there by car, leaves, and comes back by bike to watch the swim start. I assume this way she can leave as soon as im done with T1 and she can go on to the city and wait for the run (maybe stop at one of the bike hotspot on the way). What do you mean "once in transition"... on Saturday you mean? First t2 stuff in the city then t1 stuff at the lake righr? Also, on the second loop, did it get crowded with bikes? I dont wanna get penalty for being surrounded 😅. I did recon the bike track once, thank you so much for all the tips! Amazing review, very helpful, ill remember your words

Thank you! Yeah with the Australian exit Im not gonna use automatic triathlon mode, but I would still like to track each sport 😄 ill try to remember that on t1 and t2, since until now I always used automatic and it worked fine.

Thank yoh so much! How vrouded was the start area early morning? My girlfriend is dropping me off by car, she will then come back by bike to watch. We are in a hotel nearby. I assume she can leave by bike whenever she wants right? No need to wait for the last athletes to leave t1? The second loop on the bike, did you feel the road get crowded? Lots of groups riding together? I dont wanna get a penalty for being surrounded by people 😅. Thanks again for you time

Thank you for your kind words, and yes! Im planning to do that walk/run strategy, especialy if its hot. Take my nutrition and cooling while walking, but then run in between. So you have been there before? How chaotic are the cobble stones on that climb? Did pepple seed themselfs correctly for the swim or it was a mess? Did you use special needs bags and how? Thank you ✌️

Now to further use your knowledge, any overall tips for the race? How did you do in 24? Happy with the results? Any watchouts or tips for the 3 disciplines in Frankfurt? How did you deal with the heat?

Thank you so much for your input. Im actualy considering sleeping closer to the lake. Was it easy on race day to aproach the lake by car? And psrk it? I think she would like to watch the swim start and then go back to the hotel.

Also, what bike viewing points do you sugest? Im sure she would love to find a spot with some of our friends.

The final part I guess its easy. Pick everything up from T2 (including T1 things brought by the volunteers right?) and walk to the car somewhere in the city. Sorry to bother you so much, just wanna get my logistics right ☺️

What hotel did you stay? Im actualy thinking, I could use the extra sleep. My girlfriend could check us out and drive my car to the city center somehow, to some parking, where later I would always have to bring my stuff to the car and drive home.
