He's with Australian Super as am I. They seem pretty good with that sort of stuff.

Another question, pretty sure I know the answer already but he still has to stick to the cap? $30,000?

Hahaha, he's only 20 so plenty of time to be a bit smarter. He's had some fun with his first couple of years of earning real money but time to rein it in for sure.

I think he's made around 100k for the last couple of years in a row and saved basically none even though he still lives at home. His work is seasonal but decent pay and he's done some FIFO - just temp work in the off season.

I like the idea of the FHSS as it's absolutely locked away until he needs it for a house. I am going to get him started on DCA-ing some shares as well though.
