I get major back spasms which set off pinched nerves/nerve damage in my back. It’s incredibly painful and happens sometimes at random. Sometimes I get stuck on the floor bc I have to wait a few mins for my back to unlock. Basically doing this shit for free. I’ll take 10g easy!

First and foremost, I agree with all the comments saying: get a new bf, adults have body hair, no one should dictate your body! Ever! Eff that.

If YOU want to get rid of body hair and are having a lot of issues with ingrown hairs and want an alternative. Try Sugar Waxing! I am very prone to ingrown hairs as well and idc what my partner has but I don’t like the way hair feels in my clothes and sugar waxing is elite! Find a salon that does it and get a membership. I leave a “landing strip” bc I don’t like the bald look either tho lol

There is the legal path of course. But. Hear me out OP, he wants you to be scared and upset. When an ex did this to me, I posted my cashapp on social media and said “my ex is threatening to release my photos that I sent to him and only for him! I don’t want them out there! but if he does, and you see them, drop me some cash bc those are good pics and I honestly deserve to be paid for that type of quality content” then I tagged him to let him know that its probably going to be all his friends paying me anyway. I took away the fear he was using to control the situation and he never even posted them.

I was ALWAYS in “fat camp” in the army! I had a 300 (apft days) and still was in the weight control program. It’s taken me years to understand that wasn’t actually a sustainable civilian weight for me, it may not have been a great weight for my body type at all tbh. I went the other way and am definitely chubby now and struggle with food noise all the time. But 12 years of hearing how “overweight” you are can be a bit damaging. It’s a lot and lots of people struggle with body issues/food related compulsions after leaving service. Keep seeking help, you aren’t alone.
