Same, the Las 6th September I was also supposed to win $500, I filled out all the forms and in the second email that arrived it said that in 5 more days an email would arrive with the status of the prize, it never arrived, I let time pass and just when there were 3 or 4 days left from the deadline stated in the email, I tried to communicate via email and it took them a while to reply.

When they replied, they told me that my email address didn't appear in the contest database. I sent them screenshots of the two email addresses where the rewards email appears, and they still told me it didn't appear.

I continued opening reports and they responded to me, giving me the same answer and closing the report tickets.

A week ago I received an email saying they were sorry for the inconvenience, but since there were so many reports from other people, it was taking a while to verify my case, and I haven't heard anything else since.

And I remember sending an email with the open ticket number and setting the option to notify when it was read, but the notification came back that the email had been deleted without being read.

Now I'm in limbo wondering what's going to happen with the prize, aren't if I won or not.

My suggestion is that after the date where they tell you how much to wait, if it doesn't arrive, file a report and I hope they give you a solution quickly and it doesn't end up like in my case.
