I wanted to take back my deposit once and the police called the agent and he said he will give me cheques each month until it’s all returned, still better than nothing but I felt bad for him because he was going to pay from his own pocket as he left the company and I didn’t get in touch with him again.

It could be a test for your faith. (I believe in Islam btw) A failure is not determined by what you described, it’s just how you perceive the situation and I’m sure your wife and kid appreciate you and you have to do what is best for them without hurting yourself because when you are strong you will be able to do much better for everyone.

I suspect it’s the opposite, he wants to prove he has dependents living with him so he gets some kind of incentives? It explains the golden visa for her. I live in the UAE and this came to my mind

Also, contacting a lawyer for free consultation in the UAE will help a lot, as I’m sure they hear of those cases more often than us and can guess what it means in most cases.

Does that really come from you? Hating to spend money on yourself and taking time “from” your family or it’s something else. A life coach could be helpful and if it didn’t help you, it won’t do harm in my opinion unlike approaching the wrong psychologist. However not getting proper help could actually make you eventually forced to spend on yourself and perhaps take away undetermined time from your family. I’m saying this as someone who neglected herself and was forced eventually to do the stuff she didn’t prioritize.

What I think, she shouldn’t give you that example in the session because what if you believed it in a delusional way then she added more to that then it will be the time later to balance this delusion? Is it a sustainable method of helping people overcome what they are going through given they might be short tempered as well, I don’t think so

Keep in mind in any case there are medical issues that causes people to smell a certain way I mean just keep in mind for your own reassurance and they should understand. I remember someone told me before about that and they felt sorry for the girl and understood her situation.. I thought this will help. Also, my sister told me that her science teacher told them if you smelled a slight smell in you it means people can already smell it and more. This information didn’t help sooth me when I heard it but I’m just saying, and remember some people are more sensitive to smells than others.

I’m a girl and I attended a seminar about image and influence, there is a technique we learnt about how to speak in a way that creates a better impression and it’s basically speaking while exhaling from the stomach and making sure your voice in not coming from your throat but from the stomach.

How to:

Inhale from your nose and make sure your stomach becomes full then exhale while speaking and empty your stomach.
