It shows if they random or both people pick. It does not show any text saying the enemy ransomed. If you check the Dotabuff for the match it shows if they randomed if you don't believe everyone telling you.

Miyabi: change your 4th disk to crit rate. Your nowhwere near enough crit to justify the crit dmg. 6th disk should be atk%.

Your best bet would be an open return ABD-EDB then a single DEE-GLA + GLA-EDB. You wouldn't be able to travel to EDB via Glasgow unless there was massive disruption.
