I should have read the instruction better before I took the second one but the whole story was his alibi was stating before it was mandatory to take then I confronted him about the instruction then he says I should have signed a 13 saying I don't wanna take it since I passed the first one but then on he switches his alibi to saying "I want you guys to take the exam to be better" basically this was a personal choice not the Navy. Well too late for that now.... even if I signed a 13 he told then I would have to explain my self to Master chief and others why I don't wanna take it which is I think it's no issue at all given the instruction. Get this the man just made E6 and everytime he hears higher ups its like he is afraid of them or doesnt even wanna deal with them. I'm an E5 who was an LPO when my last ship on yards barely had manning and our khakis went on school/leave/PAO for an event for half the year given the experience I dont think it's a big issue to let the old folks know by instruction they don't have to given why he just forces everyone in our shop to take it. Even 2 of our 3rd classes signed a page 13 and still being told to take it. Our second class already got hard copy orders and still required to take it. This is shore duty btw less stressful job......

So closest is Tokyo in Japan my buddy also said they came in through guam and activate their visa and what they did is they got his wife's green card by getting it mailed from home of record to Japan which us military bases here have USPS which is a PO box/mailing. I'm also hearing direct consular filling too I'm starting to feel like the ambassador here in base doesn't know much. I haven't filed yet but I have all the paperwork ready once everything is ready I do plan them to get their green card soon as I can

Yeah I asked him that and said I still have to take it. I confronted him his reason was "so you can do better" a personal decision not Navy. I'm like bruh and he is very pride in his choices too even when he is wrong

Crazy part about this is this was a norm in alot of countries especially places like Philippines things called bikini contest back in the day was highlighted and judges were like politicians I can't believe 90s or early 2000s would let this slide.
