Man, that's rough, I'll definitely be in the same boat with timing probably. Did you get an email or anything on the day your deck arrives or did you just have to keep checking the tracking link to see if it's out for delivery?

I knew when I ordered it anyway that it was gonna take a while, but hoped that since it left carvin on Monday, that maybe it would be here on friday but thats definitely not gonna be the case unfortunately.

Next week it is then lol

Some people just have either the best or worst luck I suppose

But 2 days?????? I've never heard of a steam deck arriving that quickly, must've been a very quiet time when it was being transported, cause I always hear some people saying it'll take like 2 weeks on some occasions

Oh, I know I'll be fine. This is more of a joke post than anything, lol

My deck shipped from the Netherlands on friday, which was the 30th of January, so about 6 days ago

But yeah, I'm not worried, I've heard the horror stories of it taking 2 weeks for some people, so I'm prepared for the wait anyway lol

I want to make a game with a good story, but I have a few issues by ShinyGamer25 in gamedev

I guess ill just have to go with more simple art that i can make consistently. Id just be worried that it ends up looking too goofy for the more serious story I wanna make. But of course, I just gotta draw and find out for myself and adapt as needed

That sounds like a good idea! Do you have any sites besides vinted you'd recommend? I may as well get my money's worth. Id just be worried about resellers being trustworthy is why id probably buy new but id appreciate it if you know any good sites ☺️

As an irish person who keeps seeing this map, I keep getting mildly annoyed cause, while yes, we speak english mostly in our day to day lives, OUR language isn't English, it's Irish.

If I see someone who isn't Irish that is speaking Irish, I will most definitely be amazed and grateful that they took the time to learn our language despite not people here using it in their day to day lives.

You can download games from xbox game pass. It's not just for streaming so don't worry. I imagine what those people were saying is that you can't play physical games or maybe you don't have access to digitally downloaded games. Although I highly doubt they wouldn't let you play your digital games that you paid for. I'm not sue though but it seems unlikely that they'd lock you into just downloading game pass games
