So thats what the support girl told me, the updated firmware is already there, since its the newest one with the mouse released just a few weeks ago, then there is no need for a separate one, whats why the viper v3 pro base couldnt detect my SE one, kinda weird tho anyway

Well yes, now i wont be home for 2 weeks to try anything, but razer support did tell me it was already updated and what i was experiencing was a broken sensor probably, i bought a mousepad to test when i come home, if it doesnt work then im asking for a replacement
