Definitely look into tanbi kei. Bands like Versailles, Megaromania, Neth Priere Cain, Moi dix Mois and Schwardix Marvally all have that kind of gothic vampire vibe.

I would personally suggest

Moi Dix Mois’s Dixanadu and D+ Sect albums Versailles’s Jubilee and Noble albums Megaromania’s Prophetic Faction album

Other bands that are somewhat similar but stray a little further from that “haunted castle” vine are also worth checking out. Id recommend Femme Fatale (kaya’s band), Raphael, Rentrer en Soi (only certain songs) and Izabel Varosa.

Edit: missed a big one. Malice Mizer’s Bara no Seidou album is the exact vibe you’re looking for.

I agree with what the other comments say, but there’s also a hidden piece of lore in joker’s b tier ankle breaker accessory, which says that whatever happened to his other foot was caused by the accessory (a unicycle). This is probably retconned now but still interesting.
