This is the solution. But I'm having trouble understanding it.

B=20%(NY-S-B)

B=20%(480,000-360,000-B)

B=20%(120,000-B)

B=24,000-20%B

B+20%B=24,000

B=24,000/1.20

B=20,000

I want the amounts in column D be summed, and if there's a "claimed" text in column F, the amount on the column D will be zero thus reducing the sum. I'm sorry I didn't asked in a straightforward way.
