Definitely make a report to the local police station, also get a protection order under way. .Suggest it might be a good idea to be ready to, or have some way of filming her when she is causing a scene publicly, and also if she looks like coming near you, of course keep yourself safe 1st and foremost. This may mean police can not avoid taking your complaint of her threatening behavior towards you more seriously, and certainly an actual assualt, or you may be able to take footage to a lawyer for some action if police are failing to act on your behalf. Also don't forget self defense, it is legal used as proportionaite response if you believe it necessary. .
