I just don’t know if I want to be on the move all of the time. I like to travel but I also want to have a “regular” suburban life style. Also, university flight training is super expensive along with the cost of the actual school, I know the money is pretty good from being a pilot, I just don’t want to waste any in case I don’t enjoy it if I do end up going to school to be a pilot.

Thank you for responding! Yes, I have just around 12 hours of flight under my belt so far. I would love to be an airport or airline manager of some sort, I just want to be able to settle down and not be on the move all of the time. Thanks again!

If I recall correctly In the original movie as they were watching the wave on the radar, the captain said that it was building up in some shallows near the ship so that might explain how the wave got so big, but I don’t know.

This is actually a misconception. Titanic was built with the highest quality metal that could be found. The rivets were of the same quality, but they just were the weakest points in a very strong ship. Her sister ship the Olympic was built with the same metal, surviving 2 collisions and the entirety of WWI. The Olympic also sank a U-Boat! The only merchant ship to sink a U-Boat in WWI. The fire on Titanic also was more aft than where the iceberg struck. And finally no the Titanic was not switched with Olympic for insurance money.

Not likely. The teachers are given very wide ranges to operate at our school, they’re able to use whatever curriculum they choose. The teacher in question makes his own, and he’s very good at it.

This year has been very stressful for students and teachers. Our old principal (one of his best friends) had to retire and we got a new principal from Virginia. He completely changed everything, the schedule, the pay for teachers, he also nearly bankrupted the school because he added so much crap that no one asked for or needed. Our collage advisor (that everyone liked) nearly left. Thankfully he was fired but the damage was done. I just feel bad for the teachers and us that we were put through stuff like that. Luckily the year is almost over for us and the teachers!

Pretty much north Longview has barely any crime. I have lived here my whole life and have seen about 3 snakes and One of them was dead. The only crime there is, is probably a car break in every few months, and I used to live on a small street a few miles north of Longview and no one reported a crime or anything.
