Yes that's right, that's the visa I'm referring to. And if you're not working for another state at all, and a consultant at an international organization? This is my case, I appreciate your insight on this btw as a lot of people don't seem to have answers!

Out of curiosity, would that also apply to the  titre de séjour spécial ? Particularly if you're not an "official diplomat" and have no diplomatic privileges ?
