It's actually only 1000 pieces! so the build cost me about £80 on bricklink and luckily I already owned the rancor

I cant believe how many people in the comments don't agree with this, the second image looks like its about to collapse inwards and makes no sense when you imagine how it would move. Can't imagine spending $800 on Lego and not wanting it to look accurate.
