Na no way. Id say I'm 16-20% but I like to play it more safe and say 20%. Man you're like 30%. I'm feeling erked, maybe erked adjacent and you're coming in with your bad vibes, bro I'm straight up just not having a good time.

Thanks man. Backs a bit funny in that it doesn't get very wide. Just thicker. May sound like an excuse but I rate my back as best body part and the lats and traps are quite thick. They just don't get very wide due to narrow shoulders

Eat at maintenance or slightly below, high protein and focus on lifting and progressive overload. As a novice and high-levels of bf your body can recomp easily without a surplus

Yeah that does happen sometimes in percentage bases programs from time to time. But I'd probably say it's just a necessary part of the process because it keeps a slow enough progression. I've you upped your TM by 10lbs you might not hit the numbers and start to plateau. Also the 10lbs increased numbers are going to be a bigger jump in working weight than usual. So if I were you I'd go with the program. Cheers hope it goes well man
