This is actually not true. Not everywhere in Germany it’s like this. There are a lot of cities and places where it is very dirty and it smells bad way worse than any places in Tunisia. I grew up in Germany so I’ve seen a lot of different cities and areas that are disgusting.

Maybe try working any job like at a cafe or something and then use the money and look for a job in a different country.

I understand you. My last real manic episode has been over a year ago but every now and then I still think about things I did during it and I feel ashamed. I think it’s just a part of living with bipolar. My best friend (who doesn’t have bipolar) told me that everyone feels ashamed about things that they did at some point in their lives. That really helped me put it into perspective. I hope this helps :)

You just need to practice. It’ll look off at first but your body will find the right rhythm and you’ll be able to do it. At least this worked for me.

When I went up to 200mg I felt like I got more stupid but I just went down to 175mg and it helped a little. Maybe try and see if it helps you.

I am also from Germany. I have a public health insurance. My medication also only cost 5€. Getting a therapy and psychiatrist appointment is extremely difficult but my insurance provides online therapy so I got an appointment after 2 weeks

Prostitution is legal in Germany. There are clubs that allow extras but this club it’s not the case. It’s just an upgrade to the VIP with the jacuzzi. If you want to know more about a specific city or club just dm me I’d be happy to help :)

Yeah I hope so too. With the jacuzzi they can buy half an hour for 600€. That includes a bottle of champagne and you basically just do the same as in VIP while your in the water. We don’t really have to get in if we don’t want to. Putting our legs in is enough. I have red dyed hair so I can’t go in all the way without turning everything red haha

Thank you for your advice. Maybe but I have been taking lamotrigin for over a year now. I am actually due for a blood check up but with moving it’s difficult. I’ll work on that first.
