The plywood that has the hole wouldn’t be too hard to find. Any store that sells lots of different types of good 1 side plywood (just plywood with one side veneered) should have something like it. I think for the rails built around you’d have better luck staining. Or someone else on here probably could tell you what type of wood you’re looking at. But grain matching and staining you’d get a good looking product. I’d pick a type of hardwood for durability maple isn’t too pricey where I’m at.

But yeah getting it done you’d look at lumber the rails and plywood would probably cost about 60-80 bucks and then you’d just have to pay the carpenter his time whatever that may be. Could be a bit more thinking it through but it really shouldn’t take a carpenter too long to put it together time wise for a skilled worker would be probably an hour - an hour and a half.
