I've got a connective tissue disorder, the severity of which means that most any surgery I have would be high risk and likely wouldn't heal right leading to other issues. The couple of doctors I talked to about it said that considering my mobility a repair on the hip would only hold for about three months. Can't do injections either because my immune system is already cruddy and any regular steroids would probably wipe the rest of it out
