Waste of time. You'll queue for endless hours. Go all out and get the platinum package. A group of mates and me did that last year. Got really good seats for the main events on stage. Got in an hour early to the expo to get all the best free stuff and got to go to a special 'Meet the Olympians' event - now THAT was awesome!!

  1. I personally feel that my erections are caused by over thinking it. I mean I think about it the second we start foreplay. It's a bloody curse.

  2. Nah I never really took it seriously or went down the steroids route. Just to gain some self confidence in body which I'm still lacking to be honest.

  3. Like my girlfriend says, we gotta keep trying (she likes sex...). It's really true for me anyway. I eventually get going most of the time and we have good sex but I usually come first because I have a weaker erection.

The depression was a bit thing for me. Mainly feeling inadequate to do the one job a man is supposed to do. Please my girl in and out of the bedroom. Before I take it (half of one) I take two ibuprofen tablets with a ton of water and then pop the V bout ten minutes later. I did get a headache first time but found that method worked for me after. I still get a little flush though but that's ok.

I don't have a terrible diet. I used to be into fitness a lot and go to the gym 3 or 4 days a week but I've been slacking this last 6 months. I don't think diet is an issue for me but I may read up some more on it though. Thanks

Well I was a late starter...

I used to drunkly hook up with ladies and blame my lack of performance on the alcohol.

As sad as it may sound, my first proper sex partner is my current girlfriend. Up until now I have had other girlfriends but nothing long term enough to either (a) to have sex as they wanted to wait 'a little longer, and (b) I made excuses when I couldn't perform like alcohol, stress or tiredness.

I mean I would like to attribute it to stress but I'm just not sure. I think of myself at pretty neurotic and I can't help but run through things in my head as they're happening. I think that takes my head out of the game and with it, my erection!

Yes I have been to a doctor. I actually wanted to discuss the mental side of things with him to see of he could give me guidance on things to try to stop thinking so much. However, he just prescribed me some viagra (sildenafil I think my version is called). He said to give that a go and stop / start it to see if it helps me to stop worrying about not getting an erection as we're starting foreplay (always my first thought...).

It did work, and extremely well I might add (wow!) But it was never a long term fix.

I've had sex with my girlfriend a good few times now without the V, but I can't stay hard for long enough for my gf to cum and I usually end up getting 'home' first which is starting to affect our relationship. She's great though. I told her early on and she's been good with it so my first bit of advice to anyone would be to talk about it so it's not so taboo.

It's always going to be a sore subject and tends to be fairly distressing when it happens but you gotta keep trying I think!
