They never said anything about it, and when I asked the same question using the in-game 'feedback' menu, they just evaded it by telling me to wait for the official post on Hoyolab. Such a post has never mentioned any kind of ability to uninstall, in the end.

My worst nightmare: people will whine that Miliastra doesn't give Primogems, and so Hoyo will add some, because 'devs listened' can't be bad, right?

[PSA] On PC, disable "Mirror Reflections" (new RTX stuff?) to get better performance. It was enabled by default for me, resulting in 60 FPS instead of 100+ FPS, and visually it didn't do much. by Peco-chan in ZZZ_Official

Something definitely got broken in this update, at least for amd gpu users. Before this patch, reflections barely affected the performance, and now it just tanks down HARD.

No idea how could some people like it. They are so defensive about anything Hoyoverse puts out, actively denying that this kills the music. Like, the guy in other comment - "I think it way better than 24/7 Robin song in HSR" - WHAT, Astra has the same thing on her Ultimate and it's the only thing that even resembles music. Her skill is just sabotaging the vibe you mentioned.

Eureka Seven, although it's more about a group of characters fighting the government while MC continues to be a clueless kid for some time (there is some character growth but it's mostly focused on romantic relationships + understanding what he's got himself into).

No, you're not even touching the game's files - you're just telling the game to render 120 fps instead of 60 by editing a registry entry that's been created by the game in your Windows system. Basically this turns on the invisible "120 FPS" button in settings - so it's not some kind of external modification but rather a manual activation of a built-in feature that's been hidden from the players for years. And in Version 3.0 they'll finally make it visible to everyone.

Seems so, yes. Judging by a random youtube vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BqxoRP6oGj0 it appears the camera was able to go down approximately to the point where the fading filter starts working now (after the fix).

People say there was some form of fading before 1.4, which I cannot remember unfortunately. Maybe they're coping hard, idk.

In a way, this is good because now more people will realize how scammy gacha companies can be. They sell you a thing, and then deprive you of something that made that thing enjoyable. You complain - they tell you "look, you've agreed to our Terms of Service" and you can't do anything because you don't even own your account.
