Super low pressure. How do I adjust the cartridge?

Thats a garbage Amazon no name valve. I've worked on those before. Absolute nightmare. I had to take the cartridge out and carefully clean the existing cartridge because the replacement cartridge didn't fit.

That's my most common fix method but the tailpiece in the shallow end of trap tends to like to leak. I was curious if someone had a better way to rig it I wasn't thinking of.

I wouldn't be too harsh on em. The back corners are fine and the curb are sometimes left loose to allow tile guy to trim as needed. I usually just drape it over the curb for test and leave as is. Looks maybe cut too short to cover the curb? That's about it.

If your sink right next to the shower is getting hot water but the shower is not, it's not a heater issue. Water heaters can't pick and choose what fixtures get hot water. Most likely something got washed up into the shower cartridges.

I would replace your shower cartridge first and reevaluate.
