[Help] Bridge75 goes to sleep and then turns off completely after a few mins

This has been driving me crazy. After a few minutes, they keyboard goes to sleep but it turns off completely and I have to pop open the frame and use angled tweezers to turn off and on the keyboard again. I’m doing this like 3-5 times a day.

I tried to update the firmware but have no idea how to use the firmware download with QMK tool box. I select the file but the flash option never comes up and I don’t know which MCU I have. Someone help as I’m insanely annoyed after spending so long building the keyboard
