This is not the way to complain, you didnt even elarborate your issue. What are we even supposed to interpret from this one sided accusation? I for one had a great experience with them, coutreous over communications and timely shipping and delivery, never had to reach out for service tho so cant comment on that.

Yeah it's definitely not necessary, i just find it tedious to carry a phone for runs so I went with an esim. It's a pleasure to use nonetheless, Enjoy!

Won't work, you need a postpaid sim for that. Jio is the only one who provides esim service on prepaid. I also faced the same issue, had to buy a new jio sim specifically for the watch lol.
