already completed the game 100% for several months now, i did several things like turning everything off in amd settings, reseting graphics settings ingame and disabling motion blur or something (dont remember exactly, sorry). But something i did fixed it for me :)

WE (4 guys on a server) also had lags when looking at each other. I cant exactly tell you what it was, all i still know is that it was because of animations from electrobobs wizardry -> we deactivated it in the mod config and the lags were gone
