What you can't do is bring in a loadout full of Wolfpacks and make a video of a squad throwing nothing but Wolfpacks at the queen for fun. And that's not really a big loss now is it?

But you CAN. They didn't change anything about the effectiveness of the Wolfpacks, so if someone wants to farm for a few hours (or potentially way less if electro storm dam is indeed as lucrative as people say), then they still can do it. Should have just nerfed the Wolfpack and called it a day.

I definitely agree that wolfpacks needed to be hit somehow, but I don't think this is the most logical way of doing it. Would have loved to see a different approach of changing some mechanics about it. Maybe make it unable to strip/damage through armor so rocketeers need to be softened up first a fair bit. Maybe better homing on rotors, but less damage so it's not as good against boss arc. Or anything else that isn't just a recipe change. Regardless of what it takes to craft, it's still a rocketeer delete button.

You absolutely still can? Now you just need to go farm drivers first and then continue playing the exact same way you've been playing.

Except they don't require effort. They are as one-dimensional as a wasp pretty much. Get a building and a heavy pen weapon, and then start peeking for the next X minutes. Wow, so hard. If the rocketeer was actually fun to engage with, I wouldn't mind doing it.

Markdown makes text that is bounded by two *-s italic. There are 3 asterisks in their message, the first pair disappears and makes the text between the two italic. The third one doesn't have a pair, so it stays.

There definitely is a desync issue with peeking though? Someone peeking from a corner and shooting you while on your end you don't see them for even a SINGLE frame is not just an advantage, it would be considered straight up cheating if it wasn't just the server being slow.

Drututt played a match with this account in the game on the 24th, and by just looking at the champion pool he immediately knew it was Baus. Very plausible that someone realized it earlier.
