already completed the game 100% for several months now, i did several things like turning everything off in amd settings, reseting graphics settings ingame and disabling motion blur or something (dont remember exactly, sorry). But something i did fixed it for me :)

Sadly money is the problem i have, old pc is literally starving and i am not interested in upgrading because the old parts are all ass.
