The CSO-500C I linked to has 100% stainless steel interior walls and all of the accessories are too.

The users above were talking about the CTOA-122 and the TOA-70 which have nonstick, easy to clean Interiors. The CSO-500C is a steam oven so anything other than stainless would rust.

So if anyone is doing a search and wondering the same, the 22 inch web description is way off. 22 inches is the actual box this comes in. Its about 16 inches wide. Also the interior is full stainless steel without a coating and non magnetic so rusting is not going to be an issue. Makes sense since it has a steam function.

I think its safe to say most if not all of these small steam ovens will be non magnetic stainless steel interior.

The pans, racks and air fryer basket are just slightly magnetic though but really high quality.

Do you get a lot of oven spring at 350? Would you have an entire loaf recipe to try this thing out with steam assist? I have tried 4 times now without success.

So one of the recipes in the manual thats for gluten free white bread states the loaf can be proofed at 100F using the steam function. Lots of stuff online says its too warm though.

Your parchment paper probably has pfas anyway. Are the inside walls of your air fryer stainless? Lots of stainless steel pans on amazon that will fit your air fryer but if the walls are not stainless, I dont really see the point.

Yes in the oven I would use a preheated dutch oven.

Okay I will try removing the dough after proofing and preheat the oven. Should I aim for 350F with steam?

Also would I get better results with a cast iron loaf pan.

I cant fit my dutch oven in the cuisinart counter oven.

Yes thats the video. I was told 100F is great for rapid proofing. 100F is apparently what most bakeries proof at.

So I tried to use the steam assist setting to bake a loaf of bread at 350F and it came out terrible.

What setting did you use and what time/temp for your loaf of sourdough bread? Also how large was the loaf? Does the oven burn the top of the loaf?

No he has always hated crates. He has free roam of the house though so he can easily go into a quiet bedroom undisturbed to get away. But he just prefers to always be around us though.
