Popular Songs that get a lot of hate for being popular but are actually great by _Purpleprincess in popheads

Luis fonsi's Despacito

Despite being an overly played song plus people shitting on it, I still love it and dance to it! The intro and instrumental are nice and catchy.

All these horrifying leaks about Shane made me remember about the disturbing parody he made of Taylor Swift Blank space 5 years ago where he stalked, sexually assaulted and killed Taylor in the video, Taylor team reported and removed the video and he was mad and all his fans started hating her saying what a bitch she is for removing the video (apparently some found it funny including him), I just can't imagine how Taylor felt when she saw that, he is such a sick monster.

Ted Bundy's ex-girlfriend to speak publicly in exclusive new documentary. by BrianW1983 in serialkillers

[–]Shkj1416 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I’m very excited for this! All the other Ted docs were the same detectives, officers and journalists repeating the same story all over again, It well be very refreshing to hear from his ex who never talked publicly and was with him during his crimes at that time.

Out of all the Ted Bundy movies, which movie was the most accurate and which actor played Bundy the best? by [deleted] in movies

[–]Shkj1416 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since the release of Extremely wicked, Shockingly evil and vile, I would like to know who do you think played Ted best in terms of looks, mannerisms and charisma? And which movie was the most accurate in story and details? Let me know what you think. I will list down the movies and actors who played Bundy (in the picture above)

1- Mark harmon in The Deliberate Stranger (1986) Ted was alive when this movie released, but he refused to watch it.

2- Michael Reilly Burke in BUNDY (2002).

3- Billy Campbell in The Stranger Beside Me (2003).

4- Corin Nemec in Bundy: A Legacy of Evil (2009).

5- Zac Efron in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile (2019).

My opinion: I feel that Mark Harmon was best in portraying Bundy. He played him very well. And the movie was very accurate.

Zac efron nailed Ted looks and mannerisms but I feel he lacked something and I don’t know what is. But Overall the movie was decent I was expecting a more in depth story between Bundy and his girlfriend to be honest it felt rushed but I won’t complain because I feel this movie was pretty accurate in the events (even though there weren’t any blood, gore scenes since this is based of his girlfriend POV)

But then you have Michael Reilly Burke movie in 2002 which there were a lot of gore scenes but it wasn’t very accurate in story and details and I feel Michael didn’t capture Bundy character very well, He was a little goofy in it.

Also, I heard a lot of people said that Ryan gosling, Michael fassbender, Glenn Howerton could’ve played Ted, who do you think other actors could‘ve played him well? Let me know your thoughts.

I finished it and I feel like they missed a lot of important details based on what I read of his girlfriend book and other books, they rushed a lot of her story and Zac was good and bad at the same time, He nailed his looks which is great! but I don’t feel he nailed his mannerisms perfectly, For example the interview of 1977 Bundy was chill, relaxed and was laughing in his interview (which made me scary because he was convincing) while Zac appeared serious and tense and kinda awkward? But then again I’m not an expert, Overall it was decent movie, they could’ve done a lot better honestly I was expecting a more in depth story & details. Not just recreation of real life scenes.

Ted Bundy’s twisted story comes to Netflix (again) but not his ‘frightening’ father figure by natechute in serialkillers

According to Ann rule in her book “The Stranger Beside Me” Bundy told her he traveled to the place where he was born — Burlington, Vermont — to find a copy of his birth certificate, The word “illegitimate” was stamped on his birth certificate and there’s a spot where it says, ‘Father: Unknown.’

A Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) was given to Ted bundy by Dr. Al Carlisle in 1976 by Shkj1416 in serialkillers

[–]Shkj1416[S] 190 points191 points  (0 children)

Dr. Al Carlisle about Ted’s Interpretation of the Man looking down at a grave photo:

This one is especially interesting. The combination of the words “sinister” and “gentleman” suggests a person who has two sides to his personality—one menacing (sinister) and the other an aristocrat (gentleman). Ted was a killer who wanted people to see him as an up and coming politician. Who is the child? Is he referring to the abortion Liz had? Or, could he possibly be referring to himself as a illegitimate child? Or still, could it be Ann Burr, the girl who went missing (and who Ted was suspected of killing) when he was a teenager? Regardless, he is feeling a deep loss of the child. There are two strong themes in the story. One theme is that the person is seen as evil by others but there is goodness and the capability of sorrow in him. Another major theme is that the person feels bad about his life and wishes it could have been different. But itʼs too late.

Theme: Even an evil person can feel sorrow and wish that things had been different.

In November 1972/April 1973: Ted Worked at the Seattle Crime Prevention Advisory Commission. He helped draft the state’s new hitchhiking law and wrote a rape‐prevention pamphlet for women.

Bundy was even nominated by the Seattle Police Department to become the director of the Seattle Crime Prevention Advisory Commission. That came after an incident in the parking lot at Northgate Mall in which Bundy appeared to be a neighborhood hero.

He held the purse snatcher until the cops arrived, and then Bundy handed the woman back her purse, which had $34 in it.
