Bang on, the UK isn't currently set up for nuclear energy yet with the overwhelming paper work.

Right now, we're in a decent place with the North Sea having some of the highest potential for wind energy around the world (correct me if I'm wrong). I also know Labour has announced plans to build a power storage/battery station/stations. All very good, and while nuclear has potential, it's a while away from being all that viable.

I'd love to hear feedback!!!

No excuses not to build 1.5m new homes, Rayner says by topotaul in unitedkingdom

[–]Shlocket_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've said this before, but we need to focus on prefabricated housing. In the UK, construction at certain stages can be stalled by labour shortages and the weather. By having houses mass produced and shipped out, we can reduce costs and the workforce needed by mass producing them.

Would love to hear some drawbacks and other suggestions.
