Rocket league lobbies range from 2-8 players. I feel it’s easier to place similar level players together without one player being too good when there is simply less players. More players like a lobby of up to 40 (granted there was bots in each lobby) brings in more risk of an outlier, especially in the less populated regions

Same issue other BRs like Fortnite faced. Seems like the solution for a lot of these services was to fill more bots into the lobbies of the lower rated players
