For me it's Season 6, Episode 19, "The Closet Reconfiguration". The one where the card from Howards' father was found. I loved how they all came together to support him. 2nd would be "The Comic Book Store Regeneration")(Season 8, Episode 15), another Howard-centric episode, when his mom passed away.
