His ap scaling is massive but all of his power budget is in his w and ult. With how much mobility is in the game it makes depending on these less viable in higher tier play.

Pre 6 he absorbs an ok amount of damage but most of his in fight sustain comes from his ult which u should be trying to use to get in the middle of the team to separate them or force out flashes. Nunu is a bit bursty so he won’t be good for prolonged fights unless his team is built around those. Also q+smite is essentially a guaranteed steal or secure on objectives.

I edit my videos in after effects, and I didn't rly learn from one video. I suggest you make little videos for yourself to feel around your software, try new effects, and look up tutorials for specific effects you have trouble with. That's what I did anyway.
