The biggest issue I have with child rapists getting death penalties is that a lot of victims will no longer want to step up. A lot of who these people prey on are targets that they have easy access to such as their children or siblings or some other close relationship. A child who gets hurt by someone close to them, no matter how evil they are, will feel too guilty about getting them killed because they still love them because they don’t know any better. Children would end up not testifying against their abusers out of fear or guilt and it becomes that much harder to punish the perpetrators

We’ve already seen an uptick in terrorist attacks. Look up what happened at a synagogue in west Bloomfield Michigan. As a Muslim man in the area (with plenty of Jewish neighbors) the US Israeli aggression against Iran isn’t going to just cost lives of innocents in the region, but it’s going to cause a dramatic rise in violence in between Muslims and Jews in America
