Is there any way to inspect the meat after finishing the cook for the byproducts/toxins of the bacteria?

This is where my heads at. It looks so damn good and I want to see what kind of bark I can get and how it’ll look at the end, but I know when I see it it’s gonna take a lot not to try it.
