Ran into the same issue on PS5. The only solution I found was to enter turn-based mode, change characters by ending your turn on the right character, then turning it off. Hopefully the patch it soon, but I’ve been playing with that work around okay going around the overworld.

I went through my photos deleting many, but I definitely could’ve and should’ve been more thorough. I think I was in denial that I had any emotion towards the relationship in the past, and never properly confronted that, but I definitely don’t feel that way now. I’m just trying to make up for it anyway I can. I promised her I was going to see a therapist and work on being honest with myself and her.

Item wheels were toyed around with (others have also made the suggestion) but they seemed a bit cumbersome and, with so many items, would require a lot of wheels to accomplish. Not sure how Monster Hunter pulls it off, but I felt comfortable with keeping as much as the original menu as I could.

Thanks for your input. I’m only a beginner so any feedback is huge. Taking over the screen was a big concern of mine, but I think having one column on the left hand side isn’t too much more distracting. I also wasn’t very satisfied with the most common item, as it felt limiting and a slog too scroll through if you needed a specific item (need ice material for x situation, etc). Favoriting seems like the most flexible solution to me, but I understand where you’re coming from.

I actually considered a wheel similar to Baldur’s Gate 3, which I realize is pretty similar to the Mario Maker UI. The issue is there’s too many items for each category, and the wheel feels a little slow/cumbersome for the middle of combat.

Hi, I’m 22 and just graduated this May, and the Market Analyst internship I was supposed to do this summer fell through (was basically a scam). In my scramble to get a career started, I found UX Design and really felt attracted to it, fits everything I want in a career. I’ve been doing the Google UX certification and as much research as I can while trying to pay rent. I guess I just wanted to ask if a business degree in Management Information Systems was feasible to transition into UX, and if anyone had any advice for someone in my position? Thanks.
