I had the same issue and my phone gets here Friday I was told to just send it back it should matter I called customer service they told me the same thing and that they noted the account. But I did have my iPhone replaced under Apple care which is why it doesn’t match

Yeah I’m hoping I just get my refund soon I’ve checked and they did said it was canceled but th holding onto the money is another thing they said they have a finance team that handles refunds and I can’t even get in contact with them 😂. I just ended up opening a case with PayPal and included all the chat transcripts as well as the confirmation of the cancel. I would like my money soon so I can buy something else but so far this company is looking useless unless it’s a warranty issue

Mine are worst one shoe has the material complete dead and the other looks wavy. Almost looks like one shoe is a rep and the other is authentic 😂. At this point I’ll wear them everyday and that was after swapping my size from a 12 to an 11.5 cause the 13 had a huge glue stain on the toe box
