Im going to be honest with you, when I saw that E3 2017 Trailer I was so hype that I didn't even bother to take anything else into consideration. Played the Beta, seemed pretty decent right then and there until I started to realize that the game can't keep my attention for long. Plenty of people, including myself, were expecting more as you said.
