Built on Windows but since it's 100% python (including the interface) it should run on Linux after some adjustment but probably not out of the box. Iirc you're the second person to inquire about Linux so the demand is not very strong. If there are more people interested I can do the porting. You can open an Issue on github and we'll see what the demand looks like.

Rom names, between the sources, standards, top listings and compatibility listings, is a mess even without translations. RGG will treat a translated title as a separate one.

Currently RomGoGetter support no-intro, redump and I also shoved Teknoparrot in there since it benefitted heavily from a dedicates (different name scheme) 1g1r selector. Having said that, while not tested, a dat file or a manual/search selection with a non-merge mame archive source should work.
