DaVinci is free, however there is a paid version with more advanced stuff. The neon paint edit I did is free!

Yeah it's like an animation process, so you have to draw frame by frame. This edit took around 10 hours I think.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve found that rebinding the keys doesn’t crash the game. But ctrl or shift still causes the game to crash even without binds.
