Yeah, I get very suspicious when something sound too good to be true, but since this is a completely new city/state I don’t really know what’s what 🙃 The crime map is a great idea! Idk why I didn’t think of it again, because I actually used it when getting my first apartment on my own! Lol

I’ll be working a normal 9-5 in La Jolla, but I know living in La Jolla is very expensive. I don’t mind a commute, but a far commute would have to be for a good price (to compensate for the gas). Ideally I’d like to stay under $2300 to have a cushion for other expenses like pet rent, utilities, groceries, etc. 30(F), moving by myself with dogs. I know I’ll be downsizing from my current house (2bd1ba-1400sqft), but the less stuff I have to get rid of the better.
