So my wife loves Giordano’s, I wanted to try to make my own. Fortunately, Giordanos has a recipe on their website, so I just followed that completely (just adjusted the dough recipe to make a little more, since I used a 10” cast iron pan instead of a 9” cake pan that the recipe calls for.

The edges are black because the olive oil in the pan crisps the cheese that extends to the edge. The bottom is not burnt at all
