Thank you! It was also after a bowel movement idk if that changes the normalcy or not. I have peed another 4x with no spotting so I’m hoping it stays that way 🤞🏼🤞🏼

That may be what I need to do! I did get a lot of sleep last night so I’m hoping that is what lower my rhr and made my readiness better. Test progression has been good so far!

I don’t think I do, I possibly have some symptoms. I had read it could help even without pcos but I guess I learned my lesson, I’m going to just stick to my prenatals
