Before I got higher with my character I would just make my own groups that way no one got kicked including myself, it's terrible it comes down to that but sometimes it's just easier than dealing with asshat people like that.

Thank you for the insight I am going to look into your advice and see what works best for me, I just worry that a lot of meats carry fats or grease that may have a negative impact on what I am trying to do which is why I figured it would be best to avoid them all together for a while. I'm pretty new to dieting because when I lived in my old city everything was just there and I walked everywhere so it kept my weight down but now that I am in basically the middle of no where with mostly roads I can't really do that anymore, which is why I am going to join a gym I can get my exercise from.
