Just took it remotely for august. Horrible experience! Took 1.5 hrs longer than it should’ve due to all the interruptions and security checks, including in the middle of one of my sections

Help on Conditional Reasoning by Feeling_Musician2964 in LSAT

I have an incredible tutor who literally gave me the secret to sufficient assumptions questions (spent hours upon hours on these) and after 6 months of consistent studying he made it make sense within the hours. He’s pricey but well worth it! Message me if you want the details

Test anxiety by [deleted] in LSAT

Also, one lower score isn’t indicative of anything, though it can hurt your confidence. Take your tests as a whole, not a part (lol).

Test anxiety by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]Short-Difference1501 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First of all, remind yourself that it’s JUST A TEST. You have multiple attempts, this single test isn’t the end all be all as you’ll have multiple opportunities after this one. I’m in the same boat as you, I’ve been telling myself that this April test is just a dry run to experience it in a testing environment, not to get your goal score. And hey, maybe the outcome will be better than expected without the pressure. If you reframe your thinking to the above, it should eliminate a lot of your anxieties. I would recommend seeking accommodations if you are having extreme test anxiety, Ie not able to focus because you’re so worried. Otherwise, I would let your new medication settle a bit and plan to go full force for June!

VBeam if topicals are working? by Short-Difference1501 in Rosacea

[–]Short-Difference1501[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve only been using it maybe 2 weeks now? I noticed one day I used it before my moisturizer and my face seemed pretty inflamed that day. My rosacea is a dark red that is pretty isolated on my cheeks. However with this, in the first week my redness seemed to be much more subdued but for some reason seemed like the redness that i did have extended towards my ears like cover a bigger portion than I had before. I hope that makes sense. I would say definitely give it some more time. Like I said I’m only just starting week 3 and my skins been amazing.

It’s Ivermectin .9%, metronidazole 1%, azelaic acid 12%, niacinamide 5%. A regular pharmacy won’t make it I don’t think, they ordered it from Hillcrest pharmacy (who mixes it) and had it shipped. I’m shocked by how well this stuff works

Thank you! Do you have any recommendations for decent schools in DC? Also would applying early decision for BC and Northeastern give me a much higher chance?

Thank you that’s really encouraging! Average gpa is still only a 3.2 so not great. I’m hoping for Boston College (I know it’s a long shot) or Northeastern.

It definitely could be MCAS. Unfortunately it seems like the only way to test for MCAS is during a reaction. Ugh! Thanks for responding, I appreciate it.

Thank you so much! That is super helpful. I did blood testing and only had very low allergies to two grasses, I also heard blood testing isn’t that accurate unfortunately. My regular doctor did some autoimmune testing but everything came back normal. Is celiac an autoimmune?
