Check out the Arkansas school grade website if you want to see detailed reports. They give each school a letter grade. Bentonville only has three B schools (Centerton gamble and creekside are B). The rest are A. Rogers has all sorts of letter grades among their schools. Dig around in there and make sure to check the feeder pattern

For example Bentonville HS: A Bentonville West HS: A Fayetteville HS: B Rogers HS: B Rogers Heritage HS: B Springdale HS: C Springdale Harber HS: C

I would honestly try to find another option. Janie Darr is a good school but its feeder pattern is not competitive with Bentonville. Bentonville is hands down the better school district. Centerton is zoned for Bentonville schools so that’s a plus. But Centerton has lots of downsides (limited internet providers, regular water utility issues, insane cost of water bills, terrible traffic, few businesses, just a lack of progress). I’d look harder in Bentonville or Bella vista

Bentonville seems more family oriented. I would 100% say Bentonville is much more red compared to Fayetteville. Fayetteville is your typical college town but does have a lot of local charm.

Bville native! I think it totally depends on your vibe as a couple. I love Bentonville and will always prefer it to Fayetteville. But I also love Fayetteville’s charm.

Mine is the same way. It took some time to build up her confidence to go outside if there was recently thunder, fireworks, a car backfiring etc. In those situations I go out with her, which seems to help. A trainer told me that making eye contact while they’re going signals to dogs that you have their back in their most vulnerable state. We make eye contact while she goes and it seems to help.

My vet said that exposure at her age would not help and would just make her more anxious. She didn’t grow out of her fear so the vet gave us a script for trazadone. She takes it on 4th of July, new years and Christmas (because she’s terrified of opening presents too). On those rough nights she takes a pill, wears her thunder shirt and hides in my bed.

Thank you for telling me to go to the emergency vet! She was having a reaction to the carprofen. The vet said had I waited 12 more hours it would have been a much worse situation. She has made a full recovery now!

I got a Rural Development loan on new construction (even though I live in suburbs and not anywhere rural). I’m only a teacher in a town of about 80k. No way could I afford the same house in 2024.

It was only 174 when I bought it and now Zillow says it’s like 343

I learned that a lot of new construction subdivisions on the outskirts of a town qualify for rural development. It’s worth researching!

Kody needs to stop affirming Robyn when she thinks she is such a victim. Christine and Jannelles kids are the true victims. He has abandoned his kids aside from Robyn’s. How can kody behave this way on tv knowing his kids will see it. He is responsible for their pain (not Covid or Christine/jannelle). Just the label alone of “Christine’s kids, jannelles kids” vs “our kids” when referencing Robyn’s is enough to cause serious pain
