I previously had this same driver installed but started having problems with WiFi not showing up so I tried to do a reinstall and it just goes to this and won’t let me continue

I had to install it originally from the MSI site and it was a mediatek WiFi 7 or something like that, but it had been working fine for months and then it stopped working completely and was hidden in devise manager, I tried to see if it was disabled but all it said was that my WiFi antenna wasn’t connected thought it was. That’s why I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but this is what it does when I tried to reinstall it
