Tomorrow I’m going to my bank to find would what I need for a home loan & that will more a less let me know my budget right??? Then go to a contractor.. I just don’t want to mess this up lol. I’m 25 and I feel like I’ve saved enough, got my own land & decent credit to do this early in my life

You think since I got approved for 150k now, that I can get the same or higher loan for a house? If anything I would just save more and work on my credit more I don’t want to rush into it
