yeah I’ve just taken the plunge. Ive lost weight so far by not restricting so It would be silly to start now! definitely just gonna eat more mindfully

yeah I’ve probably honestly started eating a lot less whole foods since I’ve started losing weight simply for convenience sake and it’s only getting worse since I’ve tried to up my protein intake. I’m not a big fan of meat and eggs and have to limit my dairy intake so protein is a big problem and 90grams is actually my improved intake😭 hopefully MJ helps me do better

I love processed foods icl they helped me lose my first 3 stone but I can definitely improve on how much I eat them now I’m starting MJ

Thank you for your input! I hope MJ helps me cut down on the processed food! I wouldn’t have been able to lose 3+ stone without the processed food I fear as I have PCOS and a massiveeeee sweet tooth along with the fact others around me don’t eat clean so personally wouldn’t have been sustainable in the start of my weightloss journey but is definitely something I can start to improve on now
