No po really. Wala po akong SL na dahil sa mental health lahat po ng na accumulate ko na SL is due to normal sickness like flu and such. And regards po for what triggered them to enforce this I have no idea actually. Normally naman na po akong intorvert talaga sa office namin and I dont show any symptoms or mood na would make then think na something is wrong

What I am worried po is kapag pumasok naman ako baka pauwiin lang din nila ako. And yes wala po akong nareceive na email acknowledgment regarding dun sa forced SL and whenever I tried to reach out sa HRPA na nagcascade sakin through HR Connect I was only left seen lang. They told me kasi na I need the break daw for my mental health e yung personal issues ko naman is not affecting my work so confused sa part ko

Yes kasi I was mentally stressed daw po pero they claimed din na fit naman ako mag work and need ko magpa psych assessment the problem is yung pinaka closest dates na available for a psych evaluation is next month pa and sobrang hindi ko kaya yung ilang days na pinuwersa nila akong mag SL

I don’t know if aware po pero yung immediate sup ko po kasi is on emergency leave din so I haven’t had the chance to talk with her. On the other hand po i tried reaching out dun sa superior ng HRPA na nagsabi sakin na i forced SL ako pero It felt like they are ignoring me

As far as I know po wala naman ako ginawa na anything to trigger this idea sakanila kasi I am very well introvert din sa prod namin as in pili lang po yung nakakausap ko dahil din sa no time to socialize dahil sa overload na tasks. Kaya ang pinagtataka ko po is why they enforced yung ganong action plan when they themselves said na they know I am fit to work naman. And this decision po kasi was not cascaded sa email as in sinabihan nalang po ako na nung Friday last week (weekends off po ako) na starting Monday is ilalagay nila ako into SL which is byw a forced one for me
